          Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms and Conditions apply to Korian Box Cyber ​​Mall operated by Korean Box Company (e-commerce operator) (Hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Mall (hereinafter referred to as the "Mall"), the Cyber ​​Mall and the user 's rights, duties and responsibilities. 
          
          ※ "This Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to the e-commerce using PC communication, wireless, etc." 
          
          Article 2 (Definitions) 
          
          (1 ) "Mall" means a person who has a right to use the goods or services ") Is a virtual business place set up to enable users to trade goods and services using information and communication facilities such as computers, and is also used to mean a business operator operating a cyber mall. 
          
          ② "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Mall and receives the services provided by the Mall in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
          
          ③ "Membership" means a person who has registered as a member of the "Mall" and who can continue to use the services provided by the Mall. 
          
          ④ 'Non-member' means a person who does not join the membership but uses the services provided by the mall. 
          
          Article 3 (Explanation and Explanation and Amendment of Terms)
          
          ① "Mall" means the contents of this Agreement, the name of the representative, the address of the office (including the address where the consumer can handle the complaint), the telephone number, the transfer number, the e-mail address, Posting to the initial service screen (front) of Korean Box Cyber ​​Mall so that users can easily know the information of the sales representative, the sales report number, and the person in charge of personal information management.           ② "The Mall shall provide a separate connection screen or pop-up screen so that the user can understand important contents such as withdrawal, delivery responsibility, refund condition, . 
          
          ③ "Mall" shall mean the "Consumer Protection Act for Electronic Commerce, etc.," "Regulations on the Regulation of the Terms," ​​"Electronic Document and Electronic Transaction Act," "Electronic Financial Transactions Act," "Electronic Signature Act, Promotion and Information Protection Act, "" Law on Visiting Sales, etc., "and" Consumer's Basic Law. " 
          
          ④ In case of amendment of "Mall", the date of application and reason for amendment shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of the Mall together with the current terms from 7 days before the application date to the day before the effective date. 
          However, if the contents of the agreement are changed against the user in a disadvantageous manner, the company shall notify the user with at least 30 days' advance grace period. In this case, the "Mall" clearly compares the content before and after the revision, and displays it for the user to understand.
          
          ⑤ If the "Mall" amends the terms, the amended terms and conditions shall apply only to the contracts entered into after the effective date of the amendment. However, if the user who has already entered into the agreement transmits the intention to receive the provision of the amendment clause to the "Mall" within the notice period of the amendment clause under Paragraph 3 and the consent of the "Mall" It's possible. 
          
          ⑥ The matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on the Regulation of the Terms, the "Consumer Protection Guidelines on Electronic Commerce etc." Follow the example. 
          
          Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service) 
          
          ① "Mall" performs the following duties. 
          
          1. Provide information on goods or services and conclude 
          purchasing contracts 2. Deliver goods or services concluded with the purchase contract 
          3. Other duties set by 
          
          "Mall" ② "Mall" means the sale of goods or services or changes in technical specifications The contents of the goods or services to be provided by the contract to be concluded in the future can be changed.           ③ In case of changing the contents of the service contracted with the user provided by the "Mall" to the reason such as the change of the specification of the goods or the like of the goods, the reason shall be immediately notified to the address notified to the user. 
          
          ④ In the case of the preceding paragraph, "Mall" compensates for the damages caused by the user. However, this does not apply if the "Mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence. 
          
          Article 5 (Termination of Service) 
          
          ① The "Mall" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement or breakdown of information and telecommunication facilities such as computers, or breakdown of communication. 
          
          ② The "Mall" shall be compensated for damages incurred by the user or a third party due to temporary interruption of service due to the reason stated in Paragraph ①. However, this is not the case if the "Mall" proves that it is not intentional or negligent. 
          
          ③ When the service can not be provided due to the conversion of the business item, the abandonment of the business, or the integration among the business, the "Mall" notifies the user by the method set out in Article 8, I reward you. However, in case the Mall does not notify the compensation standard, the mileage or reserves of the users shall be paid to the user in cash or in kind equivalent to the currency value of the Mall. 
          
          Article 6 (Membership) 
          
          ① User shall fill in the member information in accordance with the registration form set forth by the "Mall" and apply for membership by expressing his intention to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
          
          ② The "mall" is registered as a member of the users who apply to join as a member as described in Paragraph 1 unless it falls under any of the following items. 
          
          1. If the applicant has lost his / her previous membership pursuant to Paragraph 3 of Article 7 of this Agreement, he / she shall be the person who has passed 3 years after the loss of membership under Article 7 (3) Is obtained. 
          2. The registration details are false, omission, and omission. 
          3. When it is judged that the registration of other members is obstacle to the technology of the "Mall." 
          
          ③ When the membership contract is established, the consent of the "Mall" The point of arrival. 
          
          ④ If there is any change in the registered matters at the time of joining the membership, the member must notify the change of the "mall" within a considerable period of time by means of revising the member information. 
          
          Article 7 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification) 
          
          ① A member may request withdrawal at any time from the "Mall", and the "Mall" immediately handles withdrawal from membership. 
          
          ② If a member falls under any of the following grounds, the "Mall" may limit and suspend membership. 
          
          1. When you register false information at the time of application 
          2. When you do not pay the commodities purchased using the "Mall", etc., or other obligations of the member in relation to the use of "Mall" on due date
          3. In other cases interfere with the "mall" of a person using or threatening e-commerce order, such as to steal the information 
          4. If using a "mole" to the law or act contrary to the terms of the ban or public order and morals 
          
          ③ " Mall "may terminate the membership if the same act is repeated more than once after the membership has been suspended or suspended, or if the reason for the mistake is not corrected within 30 days. 
          
          ④ If the "Mall" loses the membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, you will be notified of the membership and given at least 30 days prior to the termination of the membership registration. 
          
          Article 8 (Notification to Members) 
          
          ① When the "Mall" notifies the Member, the Member may make the e-mail address specified by the "Mall" in advance. 
          
          ② "Mall" can be replaced with individual notice by posting on the "Mall" bulletin board for more than one week in case of notice to many unspecified members. However, individual notices will be given to matters that have a material effect on the member's transactions. 
          
          Article 9 (Application for Purchase) 
          
          (1 ) The user of the "Mall" shall apply for the purchase on the "Mall" by the following or similar method, and the "Mall" . 
          
          1. Search and select goods, etc. 
          2. Enter name, address, phone number, e-mail address (or mobile phone number)
          3. Confirm the content of the contract, the contents of the service, the fee for the service, the shipping fee, the installation fee etc.

          6. Selection of payment method 
          
          ② When the "Mall" needs to provide or consign purchaser's personal information to a third party, , You do not get a comprehensive consent before joining the membership.           Article 10 (Establishment of Contract) 
          
          (1 ) The "Mall" may not accept the following application for the same purchase application as in Article 9. However, in the case of a contract with a minor, if the legal representative does not obtain the consent, the minor or the legal representative must notify them that the contract can be canceled.

          ② The consent of the "mall" is considered to be established when the user reaches the user in the form of acknowledgment notice of Article 12 (1). 
          
          ③ The expression of acceptance of the "Mall" should include information on whether the user can confirm the purchase, whether it is available for sale, and cancellation of the purchase order. 
          
          Article 11 (Method of Payment) Payment of goods or services purchased at "Mall" may be made by any of the following methods. However, the "Mall" can not be collected by adding any fee to the payment of the goods, etc. for the payment method of the user. 
          
          1. Various kinds of account transfer such as phone banking, internet banking, e-banking, etc. 
          2. Prepayment of various cards such as prepaid card, debit card, credit card, etc. 
          3. Online payment 
          4. Payment by electronic money 
          5. Payment upon receipt 
          6. Mileage 
          7. Payment by means of a voucher approved by the Mall or a contract with the Mall 
          8. Payment by electronic payment methods 
          
          Article 12 (Notification of receipt / purchase Application change and cancellation) 
          
          ① "Mall" notifies the user of receipt confirmation when there is a purchase application of user.
          
          ② The user who receives the acknowledgment notice may request the change or cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the acknowledgment notice if there is any inconsistency in the intention to do so, and if there is a request from the user before the delivery, . However, if payment has already been made, it shall be subject to the provisions of Article 15, Cancellation of Application. 
          
          Article 13 (Provision of Goods, etc.) 
          
          (1 ) "Mall" means that, unless there is a separate agreement with respect to the supply period of the user and the goods, Take other necessary measures such as packing. However, if the "mall" has already received all or part of the payment of goods, etc., it shall take action within 3 business days from the receipt of all or part of the payment. At this time, the "Mall" takes appropriate measures to ensure that the user can check the supply procedures and progress of the goods. 
          
          ② The "Mall" specifies the shipping method, shipping cost for each method, shipping time for each method, etc. for the goods purchased by the user. If the "Mall" exceeds the contracted delivery time, you must compensate for the damage caused by the user. However, this is not the case if the "Mall" proves that there is no intention or negligence. 
          
          Article 14 (Refund) In case that the goods which the user has applied for purchase are unable to be delivered or provided due to reasons such as sold out, the mall shall notify the user without delay and if the goods have been paid in advance You will be refunded within 3 business days from the date you received the payment or take necessary action for the refund. 
          
          Article 15 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)
          
          (1) A user who has entered into a contract for the purchase of a "mall" and other goods has received a written notice concerning the contents of the contract pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce etc. If the supply of goods is delayed, it means the day when the supply of goods, etc. is started.) Within 7 days, the subscription can be withdrawn. 
          However, if there is any provision in the 「Consumer Protection Act for Electronic Commerce etc.」 regarding the withdrawal of the subscription, the provisions of the Act shall be followed. 
          
          ② The user can not return or exchange goods if the goods are delivered in the following cases. 
          
          1. In case the goods are lost or damaged due to the responsibility of the user (If the contents of the goods are damaged in order to confirm the contents of the goods, the application can be withdrawn) 
          2. By the use or some consumption of the user, If the value of including significantly decreased 
          3. If the value of goods for resale, so difficult by the passage of time remarkably decreased

          ③ In the case of subparagraphs 2 to 4 of Article 2, if the Mall does not specify in advance that the withdrawal of the subscription is restricted in advance, or if the subscriber does not take measures such as providing commercial goods, This is not a limitation.
          
          (4) Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraphs (1) and (2), if the contents of the goods, etc. are different from the contents of the display, advertisement, or the contents of the contract, the user shall notify them within 3 months from the date of receiving the goods You can withdraw your subscription within 30 days from the date you were informed. 
          
          Article 16 (Effect of withdrawal of subscription, etc.) 
          
          ① The "Mall" refunds the goods already paid within 3 business days if the goods are returned from the user. In this case, when the "Mall" delays the refund of the goods or the like to the user, the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate stipulated in Article 21-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Consumer Protection Act for Electronic Commerce etc. will be paid for the delay period . 
          
          ② When the "mall" refunds the above amount, when the user pays for the goods as payment means such as credit card or electronic money, the provider who provided the payment means without delay will not be allowed to charge the goods Or to cancel. 
          
          ③ In the case of withdrawal of subscription, the user will bear the cost of returning the goods received. "Mall" will not charge the user for penalty or damages for reasons such as withdrawal of subscription. However, if the contents of the goods are different from the contents of the display, advertisement, or the contents of the contract are fulfilled in a different manner and the customer withdraws the subscription, the "mall" will bear the cost necessary for the return of the goods. 
          
          ④ When the user receives the goods, the "Mall" will clearly indicate who will bear the cost when withdrawing the subscription. 
          
          Article 17 (Protection of Personal Information)
          
          ① The "Mall" collects at least the personal information necessary to provide the service when collecting the user's personal information. 
          
          ② "Mall" does not collect in advance the information necessary for the fulfillment of purchase contract at the time of membership. However, in order to fulfill the obligations under the relevant laws and regulations, it is not necessary to acquire at least specific personal information in cases where identification is required prior to the purchase contract. 
          
          ③ When collecting and using the user's personal information, the "Mall" notifies the user of the purpose and accepts the agreement. 
          
          ④ "Mall" can not use the collected personal information for purposes other than the purpose, and when a new purpose of use occurs or it is provided to a third party, it notifies the user of the purpose of use and provision and receives consent. However, except in cases where there is a difference from the relevant laws and regulations. 
          
          ⑤ If the "mall" requires the consent of the user pursuant to Paragraphs 3 and 4, the identity (affiliation, name, telephone number, other contact) of the person in charge of personal information management, (Information provided by the person who provided the information, the purpose of the information provided, and the information to be provided), etc., in advance of the information specified in Article 22 (2) of the Act on Promotion of Information Network Usage and Information Protection, etc. May withdraw this consent at any time.
          
          ⑥ The user may request the reading and correction of his / her personal information held by the mall at any time, and the mall is obliged to take necessary measures without delay. If the user requests correction of the error, "Mall" will not use the personal information until correcting the error. 
          
          ⑦ "Mall" should limit the person handling personal information of user for the protection of personal information to the minimum, and shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, leakage, the third party without the consent of the user, including credit card and bank account, You are liable for any damages incurred by you. 
          
          ⑧ "Mall" or a third party who has received personal information from it will destroy the personal information without delay when it has achieved the purpose of collecting or receiving the personal information. 
          
          ⑨ "Mall" does not set the consent section about the collection, use, and provision of personal information as pre-selected. In addition, the service that is limited when the user's refusal to consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information is specifically specified, and services such as membership registration are refused because of the user's refusal to consent to the collection, use, Do not limit or decline the offer. 
          
          Article 18 (Obligations of the Mall) 
          
          ① The Mall shall not engage in acts contrary to laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement or against the public order or the public, and shall endeavor to provide goods and services consistently and reliably in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.           ② "Mall" must have a security system to protect user's personal information (including credit information) so that users can use Internet service safely. 
          
          ③ "Mall" shall be liable to compensate for damages caused by the user by doing unlawful display and advertisement prescribed in Article 3 of the 「Act on Fairness of Indications and Advertisements」 for goods and services. 
          
          ④ "Mall" does not send commercial e-mail for commercial purposes that users do not want. 
          
          Article 19 (Responsibility for Member ID and Password) 
          
          ① Member is responsible for the management of ID and password except for Article 17. 
          
          ② Members shall not allow their ID and password to be used by a third party. 
          
          ③ When a member recognizes that his / her ID and password are stolen or used by a third party, he / she shall notify the mall immediately and if there is guidance of "mall", he / she should follow it. 
          
          Article 20 (User's obligation) The user should not do the following acts. 
          
          1. Registration of false information at the time of application or change 
          2. Information stealing of others 
          3. Change of information posted on 
          "Mall" 4. Transmission or publication of information other than information set by "Mall" (computer program, etc.) 
          5. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as "mall" or other third party's copyright; 
          6. "mall" or any other act that impairs the honor of any third party or disturbing its business;
          
          
          Article 21 (Relation between

          Article 22 (Restriction of Use and Restriction on the Use of Copyrights)

          ② User shall use the information obtained by using "mall" for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting and other methods without prior consent of "mall" It should not be used to the person. 
          
          ③ "Mall" should notify the user when using the copyright belonging to the user in accordance with the agreement. 
          
          Article 23 (Settlement of Disputes) 
          
          ① The "Mall" shall establish and operate a damage compensation mechanism in order to reflect legitimate opinions and complaints submitted by users and to compensate the damage.
          
          ② The "Mall" will deal with complaints and comments submitted by the users with priority. However, if prompt processing is difficult, we will promptly notify the user of the reason and the processing schedule. 
          
          ③ When there is an application for damages relief from the user concerning the e-commerce dispute between the "Mall" and the user, the dispute may be subject to the arbitration of the Fair Trade Commission or the dispute arbitration body commissioned by the city or provincial governor. 
          
          Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law) 
          
          (1 ) A lawsuit concerning a dispute of e-commerce between a "Mall" and a user shall be based on the address of the user at the time of filing, and shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the jurisdiction. However, if the address or residence of the user at the time of filing is not clear, or if the foreign resident is a foreign resident, he / she shall submit it to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. 
          
          ② The laws of Korea apply to e-commerce litigation filed between the "Mall" and users.
